Who knows where to go nowadays since we are in lockdown?

It's the 15th Januari 2021, Europe is in lockdown, Brexit is a fact, people are getting sick from the covid measures. Staying at home and finding new ways to work from home is the new reality. Changes we needed to make for the environment are now easier to make. What makes it easier to understand and accept this situation we are in?

A HEALTHY LIFE MEANS BEING ABLE TO LIVE AWARE: Yoga, meditations, breathing exercises, listening to podcasts and trying to do some daily exercises are the best and fastes ways to find some inner peace during a painfull period in time. The new year means new chances and choices, Are we ready for new challenges? Because first we have to deal with this virus. The trouble of closing all stores, schools, and anything that is bringing people together makes it harder for people to accept these changes we go through.

The vaccin is a fast and great solution for people who are older than 50. I myself am 43, Vegan and always doing some daily exercises. So my body tells me i can heal fast and be immune for virusses. What comes in goes out fast enough. Shortterm sicknesses are solved by eating lots of fruits, drinking juices and eating my daily vegetables. Living as a vegan means you always take care and watch out for what you eat. Doing exercises and creating a great and powerful body is a daily task. Walking, Cycling, Playing tennis or swimming if the pools are open keep me fit. Only sometimes when i sleep short and have a lot of thoughts and stress, i need to find ways to sleep and find back my energy. What is it most of the people do in the world?

Although many people believe that the vaccin might help them, there are also people who really get sick by being vaccinated. It takes time, lots of time to vaccinate the whole world. The focus nowadays is on older people and medical-health-workers. Doctors and nurses, but also other care-takers are working hard. The whole world is watching and hoping for the best. Still there is no proof it will help us all. What happens to our immunity when we need a substance to fix this for us?

If your body isn't able to find a fix, a cure like a vaccin might be the solution. Many campaigns tell us so. TV spots, Online commercials and lots of hours of news and talk-shows with conversations about the coronavirus makes us think that this is the solution. A commercial telling us: Vaccination is the solution. But what do we know about the side-effects in the long run? What happens to a population if the immunity gets less and less. Fact is, we need to do more exercises, eat healthy and stress less. Sleeping more might be the answer. This means staying at home longer, keeping a distance of other people and being able to restore and relax the body. Take care and don't worry be happy. Love life and enjoy each moment.

TRAININGSWEEKEND

Tijdens het weekend van 6,7 en 8 Maart 2020 was er in Baarn een trainingsweekend vanuit Milieudefensie. Gericht op het bouwen van lokale samenwerkingen en het informeren van vrijwilligers over het voeren van klimaatgesprekken op straat en huis aan huis.
Online gebruiken de vrijwilligers de site  hah.milieudefensie.nl om het klimaatgesprek aan te kunnen gaan met burgers, volksvertegenwoordigers en bedrijven.

100.000 MENSEN Het doel is om een groot deel van de bevolking te mobiliseren.
Volksvertegenwoordigers te bereiken en contacten op een duurzaam niveau met elkaar te verbinden.
SAMEN KAN HET ANDERS.

DOELGROEPEN

Milieudefensie is een organisatie die al lang onderzoek doet naar de mening en inzichten van de mensheid omtrent het milieu. Dagelijks gaan vrijwilligers huis aan huis om contact te leggen en zijn er straatacties in geheel Nederland.

Tijdens het weekend kwam ik er achter dat voor Nederland Noord een actiegroep gewenst is.

Omdat in Leeuwarden, Groningen al diverse vrijwilligers actief zijn is het mogelijk om te leren van deze ervaringen. ( meer via Milieudefensie YOUTUBE)

Na het vormen van groepjes ontstonden gesprekken en kregen we oefeningen en workshops.

Gedurende de vrijdag, zaterdag en zondag maakten we contact, kregen we informatie en was er tijd om te praten over de ervaringen en gedachten die we hebben omtrent het voeren van een klimaatgesprek.

WAT KAN IK DOEN? - vrijwilligers functies

Er waren workshops voor bruggenbouwers, 

JMA MEETS OK

JMA is het jongeren platform van Milieudefensie.

Jongeren zijn graag milieuactief, via Milieudefensie ontstaan serieuze evenementen

waarbij op een leuke en leerzame manier gericht gedacht kan worden over het milieu.

JMA is de jongerenorganisatie van Milieudefensie 

voor en door jongeren tussen de 16 en 28 jaar.  

Stadsorganizers,

Als stadsorganizer denk je mee over hoe we een zo groot en divers mogelijk publiek kunnen enthousiasmeren om mee te doen. Je organiseert huis-aan-huis rondes om met mensen in gesprek te gaan over eerlijke klimaatoplossingen. Je plant trainingsdagen waarop vrijwilligers uit jouw stad of dorp samenkomen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt

KOM GEZELLIG CROONEN BIJ KASTEEL MONTFOORT

Op 1 Maart 2020 bezocht ik Kasteel Montfoort / en was ik te gast bij Eric.

Als veganist kreeg ik een heerlijk veganistisch voorgerechtje, een Egyptische couscous, als hoofdgerecht kreeg ik een pompoenrisotto en als desert : Waterijs met pure-chocolade.

de 1e editie heb ik helaas gemist, deze was met Laura Fygi,  

Maar tijdens de 2e editie had ik de eer om naast haar te mogen dineren.

Het was een bijzondere avond op een bijzondere plek.

Het kasteel is prachtig en goed onderhouden.

Leuk om te weten is dat er in Montfoort nog meer prachtige locaties zijn om te bezoeken.
