It is 10h in the morning, the opening of the first day of the ISEurope has begun.
Many people are here from all over the world presenting the AV industry.

As i walk around the RAI Amsterdam, i see so many great products and meet a lot of people.

Waar kan ik beginnen?

Ik begin met een TALK, /did climate always change in deep time? door scientist Frits.
Tijdens 45 minuten horen we over de eistijd, hothouse en icehouse tijdperken van 30 a 35 miljoen jaar.
De zorgen over de aarde zijn te voelen en bespreekbaar tijdens het festival van Extinction Rebellion
HET KLIMAAT VERANDERT SNELLER DAN WE DENKEN.

We krijgen het verhaal van Frits over de Paleocen conditions, paleoclimate,
Red layers, klei die zichtbaar is na boringen door archeologen.
Het beeld dat het allemaal sneller gaat dan verwacht.
De 2 graden die zal stijgen tot 2045, Jetstream, Arctic Sea ice melts, Albello effect van minder ijs en meer zwarte zee.
Dus meer absorbtie van de zon dus nog sneller smelten van het ijs.

Het bestuderen van het klimaat gaat makkelijker, als je met mensen in verbinding komt te staan die ook meer willen weten
wat er precies gebeurt?
De Amazone word gekapt, er staan bossen in brand, we zien droogte en vele watersnoden,
Het tippingpoint? kantelpunten ? Tipping Elements?
zoveel vragen over : Permafrost, Stable Isotopes, maar wat is het effect op de natuur, de dieren, de insecten sterven uit.
Hyperthermals, extreme hittes, zorgen voor een broeikaseffect, Ice age to Interglacial?

Waar ben je mee bezig?

Ik zit in de bibliotheek in Alkmaar bij de Mare, zie de website.

Ik doe de 3.5mm jack stekker van de kabel van mijn koptelefoon als 1e in de computer. (hp Prodesk)
Ik log in op een van de computers en heb 1 uurtje om te internetten.

In de chromebrowser druk ik i1i en GOOGLE geeft een overzicht,
Ik druk op GODOGOOD.SITE - i1i - Google Sites
En de site opent, ( i1i.site )
via de STARTPAGES > button kom ik snel naar een overzicht met links naar
 inlogpagina's zoals Gmail en Webwhatsapp.

op het NEWS overzicht tabblad van de STARTPAGES druk ik op LIVE BNR
En start in de player mijn favoriete radio-zender.
Soms luister ik via TUNE-IN naar andere radio zenders
of via Nederland.FM

Op de STARTPAGES voorpagina open ik  Gmail en Webwhatsapp.
Met mijn wachtwoord en de bevestiging van mijn mobiel, log ik in op gmail.

Daarna kan ik meteen ook de edit-blog link openen, maar eerst druk ik op mijn mobiel
nadat ik op ja heb gedrukt, op de whatsapp app,daarna op de 3 puntjes rechtsboven, dan op WhatsApp Web en scan met mijn telefoon op het computer-scherm de whatsapp QR code, zodat nu ook op de computer mijn whatsapp zichtbaar is.

Daarna druk ik op de link naar SHEETS
Doordat ik ben ingelogt op gmail kan ik ook direct in mijn sheets kijken en open ik het bestand waarmee ik bezig ben.
Vandaag 20-12-2019 is dat ABC GEMEENTEN NEDERLAND
een overzicht waarin ik links heb gemaakt naar de adresgegevens van de gemeenten in Nederland.
Nu ben ik bezig om de links van de adressen te koppelen naar Google Maps
Bij de straatnaam en nr en bij de postcode en plaats zet ik de juiste link eronder.
Vandaag ben ik bij kolom 58,

Het overzicht is handig, want dit geeft mij inzicht over de gemeeenten, maar maakt het ook mogelijk
om sneller naar youtube informatie of Facebook informatie van de gemeenten te zoeken.
ook heb ik een tabblad gemaakt met Twitter en LinkedIn.

Gister heb ik op de site https://sites.google.com/view/whowherewhatwhenwhyhow/i1i
onder de SEARCH bar / een link gemaakt naar apparte spreadsheet overzichten.
De ene is een overzicht NAAR EEN TOTAAL ABC
De andere is naar het YOUTUBE ABC
Over de MAPS ABC had ik al wat verteld.

Waar mag ik oversteken?

Soms vraag je je af of iets mag. / Vandaag dacht ik aan: Waar mag ik oversteken?

MAG IK HIER OVERSTEKEN?   / OVERSTEKEN VOETGANGERS

Oversteken: bij voorkeur op een oversteekplaats voor voetgangers.

• Wanneer er een zebrapad met verkeerslichten aanwezig is, moet u deze gebruiken. Als het voetgangerslicht op rood springt terwijl u aan het oversteken bent, dan mag u doorgaan met oversteken.
• Zijn er geen verkeerslichten, maar is er op minder dan 30 meter een zebrapad, dan moet u  die gebruiken.
• Is er geen oversteekplaats voor voetgangers, kies dan een plek uit waar u goed ziet én goed gezien wordt. Steek bij voorkeur niet over in een bocht, op een helling, onder een brug of tussen geparkeerde voertuigen.

Bestuurders moeten voetgangers en bestuurders van een gehandicaptenvoertuig, die op een voetgangersoversteekplaats oversteken of kennelijk op het punt staan zulks te doen, voor laten gaan.

CONCLUSIE : 
AUTO DIENEN VOETGANGERS ALTIJD VOORRANG TE GEVEN
Bestuurders moeten voetgangers en bestuurders van een gehandicaptenvoertuig, die op een voetgangersoversteekplaats oversteken of kennelijk op het punt staan zulks te doen, voor laten gaan.

Waarom voetgangers meer aandacht verdienen

Kinderen leren oversteken

Basis : "We kijken links, rechts en weer links. kunnen we veilig oversteken?"

 als  1e : "Wacht tot het rode licht op groen gaat”. 

groen?  "kijk links, rechts en weer links. kan je veilig oversteken?"

en dan: "Kijk nu eerst nog even achterom, 

want je moet zeker weten dat er niets de bocht om komt”. 

Geleidelijk zal dit gedrag onderdeel gaan uitmaken van het systeem van het kind zelf. 

Via de website van Veilig Verkeer Nederland, https://vvn.nl/voetganger las ik de zin:
De meeste ongevallen met voetgangers gebeuren tijdens het oversteken. 

Maar omdat ik vandaag een wandelingetje deed en opeens op een plek was waar ik over wilde steken, maar een politieagent in een politieauto mij riep dat ik daar niet mocht oversteken omdat het geen oversteek plaats was, begon ik te twijfelen.

CONCLUSIE : DE AGENT HAD DUS ONGELIJK. IK HAD WEL DEGELIJK VOORRANG.
MOCHT DAAR ZEKER OVERSTEKEN. VANAF FIETSPAD/TROTOIR NAAR OVERKANT  EN TROTOIR.

Want.. mag een voetganger overal oversteken? Of waar dan niet? En waar wel?

Voor mijn gevoel stond ik bij een oversteekpunt waar ik de tijd en ruimte nam om de auto's voor te laten gaan, maar ik verwachte niet dat de politieagent zo fel zou reageren.
Gelukkig kreeg ik geen boete, maar ik dacht wel opeens na over iets waar ik vaak niet over had gedacht en waarvan ik dacht dat ik wist hoe het werkelijk is.


Waar moeten voetgangers lopen? 
Een voetganger moet verplicht een voetpad, trottoir of berm gebruiken 
als dat aanwezig is. Is dat er niet, dan mag een voetganger op het fietspad lopen 
of in het slechtste geval op de rijbaan.

Moet je nu LINKS OF RECHTS Lopen op de openbare weg? (bron: Veilig Verkeer Nederland)
De positie van de voetganger moet verstevigd worden 
door in ieder verkeersveiligheidsplan de voetganger als volwaardige verkeersdeelnemer 
mee te nemen.

Voetgangers zijn van alle verkeersdeelnemers het meest gevoelig voor omwegen in routes. 
Daardoor is een logische en korte looproute van belang, bijvoorbeeld door de plaatsing van verkeerslichten en oversteekplaatsen voor het kruisen van moeilijk toegankelijke wegen. 
Ook is het van belang dat er oversteekmogelijkheden op korte afstand van elkaar liggen bij ruimtelijke barrières, zoals spoorwegen, hoofdwegen en rivieren. 
Hierdoor wordt het aantrekkelijker om te voet te reizen, 
en worden gevaarlijke oversteekpogingen vermeden.


Maar wat is de waarheid? Wat zijn de regels? Wat zegt de wet?

Een oversteekplaats is een locatie op een weg die bestemd is om over te steken en die als zodanig aangegeven is. Ze zijn er voor voetgangers en fietsers. Voor landbouwverkeer spreekt men van overpaden. Er zijn verschillende typen oversteekplaatsen die hieronder worden weergegeven. Dit artikel geeft echter uitsluitend de reglementering en terminologie in Nederland weer.
